The Seravana™ sectional combines a sculptural modular silhouette with frameless premium foam construction. There is no rigid wood or metal frame inside the seating modules. It also arrives by small parcel and sets up without tools, avoiding scheduled furniture delivery and complicated assembly.

Instead of sitting on a rigid internal frame, you are supported by substantial shaped foam. The feel is relaxed and body-friendly while still designed to hold a defined silhouette. The internal structure includes three layers of foam, each doing a different job. The memory foam top softens the moment you sit, contouring where your body needs it. A medium layer beneath keeps the cushion generous through a long evening. And a firm support core carries the weight, so the seat gives without giving out.

Start with the overall footprint and how people move through your room. Compare the plan-view diagram and dimensions with painter’s tape on your floor. Leave approximately 30-42 inches for major walkways and 14-20 inches between Seravana™ and a coffee table.

Each module is compressed and packed in its own box for small parcel delivery. There is no white-glove appointment to schedule. Larger configurations include multiple boxes, and boxes may occasionally arrive on different days.

Most orders ship within one business day. All orders ship within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

A four-piece configuration takes approximately ten to fifteen minutes to set up after unboxing. Larger configurations will take slightly longer. Smaller configurations will be quicker to set up.

Yes. Every Seravana™ piece can be used immediately, although the foam may take up to 72 hours to reach its full size and firmness.

First confirm that the insert is oriented correctly inside the cover and that the seams are aligned. Give the foam up to 72 hours to finish expanding. Smooth and adjust the cover as the foam settles. Primary Chairs, Link Chairs and Corner Pieces connect with adjustable straps underneath. Feed each flat strap through the matching loop, pull it snug and fold it back onto itself. The Ottoman stays independent so it can move freely.

The fabric base has integrated non-slip dots that help grip the floor. Performance can vary by flooring type, dust and surface finish. Keep the floor and non-slip base clean for the best grip.

No. The upholstery is moisture repellent, not waterproof. Blot spills promptly and do not allow liquid to remain on or soak through the cover.

Yes. Remove the Seravana™ covers and machine wash them separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Do not use a machine dryer or high heat.

Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth. For remaining soil, mix one tablespoon of mild liquid soap with 16 ounces of lukewarm water. Dampen a clean cloth and gently blot. Do not rub aggressively. Rinse the area with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue, then air dry.

The performance fabric and washable covers make everyday cleanup easier, but no upholstered furniture is fully stain-proof, chew-proof or scratch-proof. Damage from pets, cuts, punctures and accidental spills is not covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

You may notice a very mild “new foam” smell when Seravana™ is first unboxed, but it will be minimal and dissipate with normal ventilation. The foam is non-toxic.

Each chair piece supports up to 397 lbs., while the ottoman supports up to 331 lbs.

The Seravana™ sectional may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Big Joe® will schedule pickup from your home. Flat return fees apply. The product must meet the conditions in the full return policy.

The two-year Big Joe® limited manufacturer’s warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover accidents, misuse, normal wear or damage excluded by the full warranty terms.
