My order has not arrived

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. If you feel your order is delayed please remember:

  • If the order has shipped, you can track your order
  • Allow up to the evening of the last date if there is a delivery date range
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking listed under Order Shipments under My Orders
  • If the delivery date has passed, please contact customer service
