My order has not arrived

Due to the many changing variables affected by COVID-19, some orders may experience shipping delays with lead times of up to 1 week. Thank you for your patience! We know the incredibly awesome folks who deliver packages in times like these are doing their very best to get you your order ASAP.

 

If you feel your order is delayed please remember:

  • If the order has shipped, you can track your order
  • Allow up to the evening of the last date if there is a delivery date range
  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking listed under Order Shipments under My Orders.
  • If the delivery date has passed, please email our customer service team.
